Since its founding in 2016, Erivolos Fthia is committed to the creation of sall production wines which reflect their unique terroir. The vineyard, spanning 4.2 hectares in Kallidromo, Fthiotis, is proof of the fertile of Fthia as praised by Homer. The vineyards, planted mostly with Malagouzia and Syrah, thrive at an elevation of 240 to 370 meters, favored by the cool sea breezes of Maliakos bay in the morning and the cool mountain breezes of mount Parnassos in the evening.<\/p>\n

What sets Erivolos Fthia apart is the meticulous care to the very last detail of every aspect of vinification. Yannis, Eleana and their dedicated team take care of the vineyard and the winery enduring that each bottle is a reflection of their unwavering commitment to quality.<\/p>\n
